This three-day service combines consultancy, auditing, remote vulnerability assessments and an online staff survey to assess your cyber risk exposure.

This will result in a prioritised action plan for controlling your cyber risks in line with your risk appetite.

It includes:

  • Interviews with key managers;
  • A security assessment;
  • External vulnerability scans;
  • Online staff awareness questionnaires; and
  • High-level analysis and expert recommendations for next steps.

This service is designed for larger organisations with more complicated networks and scoping needs. It will assess your current environment against the requirements of Cyber Essentials Plus in just one day.

It includes:

  • A gap analysis against the Cyber Essentials controls;
  • An assessment of your suitability for Cyber Essentials Plus;
  • Help defining the scope for certification;
  • A recommended list of actions and a plan for meeting the requirements of the scheme; and
  • An explanation of the certification process and what will be expected of you.

This two-day consultancy and assessment service follows a risk-based approach to evaluate the effectiveness of your organisation’s business continuity plans in line with the international standard ISO 22301.

It includes:

  • An evaluation of your business continuity risk environment;
  • An audit of your BCM (business continuity management) programme;
  • A gap analysis of your BCM arrangements against the requirements of ISO 22301; and
  • The development of a prioritised action plan to help you bring your practices into line with the Standard.

This two-day consultancy and assessment service will evaluate the effectiveness of your organisation’s ITSM (IT service management) plans, arrangements, programme and policies in line with the international standard ISO 20000.

It includes:

  • An evaluation of your ITSM environment;
  • An audit of your ITSM arrangements;
  • A gap analysis of your ITSM capabilities in relation to your targets; and
  • A prioritised action plan.
