Our Classroom/Live Online courses give you the flexibility to attend a classroom course either in person or by joining online.
Once you purchase a course, you can then decide later how you wish to attend, which means that you’re not tied down at the time of booking.
We have a training centre in Ely, Cambridgeshire, where you can attend an accredited training course in-house or join the course Live Online.
Our new high-quality training centre has a number of additional benefits – not only will you be close to the centre of this historic cathedral city but you will also have the chance to get live contributions from our senior subject-matter experts.
Ely, for those who have not been, is a hidden gem. A beautiful, historic riverside town that feels like a film set. I stayed in a central hotel and enjoyed walking through the park around the cathedral and running along the river. It is well worth going to Ely in person - not just for the unique location - but also to make use of the training facility. This is modern and professionally run - and face to face training allows for more interaction and better learning in my view. The staff were also friendly and helpful
I have absolute confidence that you can still attend and be socially distanced from the other delegates. For safety, even though I was the first person to attend, the team were fully aware of safety procedures. Overall experience was great, the course was extremely well delivered, the personal safety pack was very well received, it’s been living in my car ever since
In terms of online learning, this worked great. Personally, I'm a fan of a classroom and being in the same room with the other people on the course and the instructor, however, this engagement on WebEx and the delivery method worked well. There was a greater sense of inclusion and group discussion than I thought possible in an online session. Matt was also brilliant in his knowledge of the subject and ability to deliver the content.
This was my first ‘remote’ training experience. I must say that ITG really has executed all aspects of technology, content delivery and process very effectively. It was such a great pleasure to have the opportunity to attend a course with attendees from other countries and regions. I am thankful to have had the time with the instructor (Alan) with such expertise and teaching talents.
Online training is the way to go! Cost-effective, could still cover all bases - work and home, with no travel, accommodation, meals +++ costs, etc.
