What you need to know
If you have booked an upcoming course with us, you will receive an email containing a link to set up your password. Please follow the link to create your login credentials. Once your password has been set, you will be prompted to log in. Select “Training Portal” from the available options and proceed to configure your Multi-Factor Authentication settings.
After your password and authentication settings have been configured, the process for accessing your training course bookings from the ‘My Account’ page remains unchanged: simply log in to your account and use the available options to navigate to the training portal.
We will be working to consolidate any orders placed during downtime as soon as possible, so don’t worry if you can’t access your course booking right away. We will send any communication to you about your order as necessary, but please do get in touch with our training support team or use our Live Chat if you need support or have questions.
