
New: Training Portal coming April 2026
What you need to know
The main website will remain fully available for browsing and purchasing. However, customers and delegates will not be able to access their booked courses via the ‘My Account’ area between 09:00 BST on 3 April 2026 and 18:00 BST on 6 April 2026.
We strongly recommend downloading any required course materials and making any necessary booking updates by 17:30 BST on 2 April 2026.
Access to your booked training courses will resume once the downtime ends. The process remains unchanged: simply log in to your account and use the available options to navigate to the training portal.
Once the training portal is live, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access it.
Yes, you can continue to book training courses via our website as usual. Purchasing will not be affected. Please note that access to your booking details will only be available once the downtime has ended.
